联合国教科文组织（简称“UNESCO”）是联合国系统内主管文化事务的政府间组织。该组织1946年11月6日成立，总部设在法国巴黎。
UNESCO is an intergovernmental organization in charge of cultural affairs within the United Nations system. The organization was founded on November 6, 1946, with its headquarters in Paris, France.
2020年5月，联合国教科文组织研究报告显示，全球博物馆受疫情严重冲击，8.5万家博物馆曾闭馆，占到全球博物馆总数的近90%，全球近13％的博物馆可能永久关闭。
In May 2020, the UNESCO Research Report showed that museums around the world have been seriously affected by the epidemic. 85000 museums have been closed, accounting for nearly 90% of the total number of museums in the world, and nearly 13% of museums in the world may be permanently closed.

“WE ARE THE WORLD”组委会取得联合国教科文组织大力支持，特别设立[“We Are the World”国际儿童艺术展-杰出作品奖 ]，以表彰全球青少年以杰出的艺术创作对人类命运共同体的思考。

We Are the World 国际儿童艺术展，自2018年起已经成功举办了3届，并先后在法国、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、瑞士等27个国家做了5次巡展。有近万名来自全球的小朋友参与到作品的创作中，向全世界表达了自己对世界美好未来的向往。
This award has been successfully held for three times since 2018, and has made five touring exhibitions in 27 countries, including France, Russia, Belarus and Switzerland. In the we are the world international children's art exhibition, nearly 10000 children from all over the world participated in the creation of the works, expressing their yearning for a better future of the world to the whole world.

03报名方式
1、学员参展作品可统一报名至校区，由校区统一发送至总部。
2、盟校可通过拨打18601274805联系总部运营张老师进行报名。

04作品类型
包括不限于：
绘画、水墨画、水彩画、水粉画、油画、蜡笔画、素描、卡通画、版画、漫画、综合绘画等。
05作品要求
绘画作品：规格A3（297mm*420mm） 或者 四开（389mm*546mm）。
注：入展画作不接受立体画材，不接受木框装裱，油画仅限帆布画，作品默认不退还。认证申请画作形式不限，电子版权默认同意组委会公益无偿调用。
06申报日期
I期截止申报：2021年6月30日
II期截止申报：2021年12月30日
知识产权
1、参与者所提交的作品必须由参与者本人创作或参与创作，并明确作品的著作权及版权，参赛者应确认其作品的原创性，主办方不承担因作品侵犯他人（或单位）权利而产生的法律责任，其法律责任由参赛者本人承担。
2、主办方对本次活动中评选的所有获奖作品拥有知识产权及版权，主办方享有对相应设计方案进行再设计、生产、展示、出版等权益。若作品在商业使用中其著作权存在争议，由提供作品的参与者承担法律责任。
3、主办方拥有对所有参与作品进行公益展示、报道、宣传的权利。
4、活动期间参与者不得将作品转让或许可给任何第三方，不得用参与作品参与其他与本赛事相同或类似的活动。
